OUR STORY
The group owns 100% of Go Next Digital, the web hothouse that developed Whuis.com, the first Italian website for conducting investigations on people, companies, and real estate, complete with official reports and documents, available 24/7 both from the website and via the app (the only one of its kind in Italy). Additionally, in collaboration with FIAIP (Italian Federation of Real Estate Agents), the group relaunched the real estate portal Cercacasa.it, the first and only Italian site that prioritizes transparency of information and user safety by publishing only listings from verified agencies and complete profiles of real estate agents. Cercacasa.it is a partner of BNL Abito, the ecosystem created to provide a tailored response to all housing needs, with the guarantees and support of the best industry specialists.

The group also invests in the real estate sector. Go Next Group’s first investment was the purchase of a residential property in Sardinia in 2005. Over the years, the company has continued to invest in real estate in major Italian cities and the United States.
DANIELE MANCINI
CEO & Founder
Mancini is the CEO and founder of Go Next Group. Previously, he served as General Manager for the international expansion of the REA Group, which is majority-owned by Rupert Murdoch’s News Corporation. REA Group is one of the leading global players in the online real estate sector.
In the past, he held the position of European General Manager for REA Group and served as CEO of several online real estate portals, including Casa.it in Italy, a market leader, Immoregion.fr in France, and athome.lu in Luxembourg. Under his leadership, REA’s revenue in Europe saw significant growth, and its portals, starting with Casa.it, established themselves as key market references.
He has also gained significant experience in other industries, having worked as E-Business & Direct Sales Director at Costa Cruises, part of Carnival Corp., the world’s leading cruise company based in Miami; Solution Marketing Manager at Ricoh (NRG); and IT Manager at Ventaclub (Tour Operator – Viaggi del Ventaglio).
